The design is quite practical, and the hand guard offers excellent safety. I bought two because I often make bone broth, and they are very convenient for separating bones using both hands simultaneously. The handles could be a little longer, though.
Exquisitely crafted from high-quality materials, this is a highly practical tool that comes highly recommended!
