I received the flower-rolling tool and only had a cucumber to try it out with. It worked better than I expected. It curled the cucumber very well, but I still need to practice how to arrange the pieces on the plate.
It is made of thick plastic with a stainless steel blade and is used to peel vegetables, much like sharpening a child's pencil. It is very easy to use.

This is a fantastic tool for making carrot curls; the curled carrot flowers look beautiful no matter how you arrange them on the plate.
I bought a cheaper one from another store before, but it didn't roll smoothly. The one from this shop is definitely better quality; it feels heavier and sturdier. It still breaks a bit while rolling, but the process is smoother. I only need to make minor adjustments on the plate. All in all, I consider it a success.
